Gather motivation data to learn what engages you and your team. We assess managers and team members to strategically predict individual behaviors, work approaches, and communication styles to collaborate effectively with direct reports and colleagues.

Managers will learn how to construct team norms to guide team member behavior. These norms provide team members an opportunity to express its values, develop clear expectations on behaviors that lead to high performance, and build greater levels of individual and team accountability.
