Caroline Wheeler

Caroline heads the leadership development team at Four Peaks Consulting. She brings 14 years of HR and Leadership experience to enable managers to perform to their highest potential and reach their management training goals.

Caroline co-founded her first start-up, Talent Catalyst, a career performance consultancy committed to enabling managers to perform to their highest potential in measurable ways. Through one-on-one coaching, workshops, keynote presentations, and webinars she has taught managers how to motivate, build accountability, and confidently conduct performance conversations.

Caroline was formerly a Vice President at Citibank working as a Global Human Resource Advisor for the Risk Division, overseeing 1,200 employees globally. As a HR Advisor she was involved with goal setting, performance appraisals, compensation analysis, employee relations issues, and talent management. During her time at Citi, Caroline participated in Citi’s Human Resource Associate Program rotating through the North America Professional and Executive Recruiting Team and the Global Markets HR Advisor Team.

During her graduate studies, Caroline worked at a non-profit organization in India developing financial literacy and health care education programs for local women and strengthening relationships with the top micro finance organization operating in India. Before graduate school, Caroline worked at JPMorgan in the Private Bank as the lead Investment Analyst on the Real Estate General Wealth trading desk and as a Financial Analyst in the Treasury Securities Service business.

Caroline was born in New York City and grew up in Utah, Colorado, Nebraska, and Tennessee. She enjoys adventure travel and is an avid skier, marathon runner, and cyclist.
